One nation under God

     All of the rulers, the Monarchs, the leaders, the Presidents of this world, have great responsibilities in teaching who really and truly is in control. Especially in America. Recognizing that even in the Constitution, even on the penny, it tells us in "God we trust", and "one nation under God". That means He is the Chief, the Commander, the Ruler of all things in countries and in Nations. And we must act appropriately under His ruling and the governing of us. But shocker. We don't. Poor America. Land of the free. Everyone wants to be here, but no one wants to follow the rules. Making it hard for those of us who do. 

     Freedom for us was not won easily. Thousands upon thousands throughout the centuries have spilled their own blood on the very ground we walk on. Giving their lives, so we can be free. Freedom in religion and in freedom of speech has been tarnished by those radicals that have listened to the evil ones lies. They have put themselves back into the Garden of Eden and made themselves become as stupid as Adam and Eve were. They had everything. Just as America does. One rule and one rule only were they to obey in the Garden. Still, they listened to the lies of the evil one and made us all fall. That's why it pretty much boils down to listening and heeding what God commands is so very important. It's obvious people have taken their "free will" to the extent of narcissism and have forgotten who put them into existence. Denying this, will only cause them great woe and trouble and a fight they will someday wish they hadn't started. 

     Coming to our destiny before the Throne of God, waiting to hear if our name has been written in the Great Book of Heaven, He will reveal to us our faithfulness. We will see all of our failures and triumphs and have them weighed on the Golden scale. We should have this thought constantly on our minds, with every decision we make. 

     Giving our lives in Thanksgiving for all the gifts God has given to each of us, in abundance, keeping us aware, just really who is the God we must honor and obey. We are free, yes, but only to the degree of choosing what is right. Going that extra mile to preserve the honor of the God who is our ruler. The King of Kings. 

     Making this commitment should bring us to our knees, always in Thanksgiving. Not testing the mighty hand of God. Because one day, that hand will come down saying, "enough". Leaving all who did not adhere to His Commandments, naked in the Garden. Hiding. Just the way Adam and Eve were found. 

     Let Him be the God that He is. That this Nation, His America, be just that. His.
