Ingredients

• 1 can (about 10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup of frozen peas
• 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup of milk
• 2 cups of cooked egg noodles (about half a 12 ounce bag)
• 8-10 ounces of tuna drained
• salt and pepper
• 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
• 1 tbsp. butter, melted
• 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Add cream of mushroom soup, peas, mayonnaise, milk, noodles and tuna in a large casserole or 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Stir to combine, and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Combine bread crumbs, butter and Parmesan cheese to make topping.
4. Sprinkle topping evenly on casserole.
5. Bake until topping is golden brown approximately 20 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
