A Change of Heart
God, Graciously Hear Us

When we long for the simple days of yesteryear;
when we find ourselves overstressed;
let us step back from the challenges we fear,
and pray to God who knows what's best.
Yes, a prayer--as simple as can be;
just raise our voice toward Heaven and make an earnest plea.
No phone, no text, no tweet, nor blog,
just ask for help from the Lord our God.
Don't worry,
our Blessed Mother will help us too,
in case we ever doubt our prayer will get through.
No need to fret, no need to despair,
if we find our cross too heavy to bear.
No burden is too great, no request is too small;
when we pray for God's guidance, He will surely answer our call
with love and mercy for one and for all.
