Those are trees, flowers, bushes, and clouds, you may say! That's not God! Or maybe because we have never seen God, we may even doubt that God exists.
Let me explain how all of nature and even the people we see, the person we are---- is a part of God's Being; just like every cell within us is a part of who we are.
Scripture tells us that God, Himself said,
Genesis Chapter 1- v26
" Then God said: Let Us (three in one-Trinity) make* human beings in our image, after our likeness. Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the tame animals, all the wild animals, and all the creatures that crawl on the earth.
27 God created mankind in His image; in the image of God he created them; male and female* He created them."
In His Image. This is how we are made in His image --physically. Look at your body. If you can. You cannot see all of your body, for you eyes can only see what is before you. So the back is only viewed in a mirror. You cannot see what is within you---impossible---just as it is impossible for the human eye to see God. He is all present--so BIG the human eye cannot see Him and so tiny too--we cannot see Him.
Back to being made in His Image. The body contains within it--nine systems. Each system complete in its functions and each interacting with each other to make your body exists and able to do what it does. That is to survive and be able to do for youself but most importantly for others.
Each is existing out of your eyes sight, with microscopic cells and also with larger muscles, bones, intestines, the heart, lungs, the brain, kidneys, liver spleen: well all of our organs needed to allow our body to function and exist. Every cell, every organ, every part of our body so uniquely designed is a miniature universe in itself! All interacting with one another to do what each was created to do. They cannot exist, EVER, apart from the other!!
Just like our universe, every created living species is there so that the universe can BE! Notice how Our God created the universe. First "Let there be light!" How can any further creativity begin without Light. More importantly how can any thing survive with Light and warmth. The changes of the seasons too, the tides ---so there also must be the moon and the stars. ALL in the whole of our space/universe which is beyond our ability to see just how much is there: all is necessary for the survival of the whole.
Then the waters has to be separated so the ground from which all plants can grow could be formed. Then the plants systems itself was next followed by the fishes, birds, animals and yes the insects too. ALL working together for the 'LAST' to be created and that was the human, made in His image. A brain to think and reason, emotions and ability to Love as our God loves. We also were given that Spirit that empowers us to have dominion over all the rest that was created. To survive, we would need His Wisdom, Understanding, Knowledge and Discernment. We would need Faith, Hope and Love, especially the ability to LOVE.
Can you now see how that all those microscopic cells with in your body is a universe in itself. All that is a part of this earth are the 'living cells' of the Body of our God! EVEN US, and all the living creatures, plants, and every thing created that has life within it: we are a part of the awesome Being of God. Even those microscopic minerals and elements needed for anything to exist--can they be considered the DNA of God for minerals are in all that exist.
So, yes--whatever you see of nature, even yourself or another---"IT'S GOD-He is HERE!!!!. Most importantly, remember this. If we fail to see God in all He created, in each other, our own self, then: will we SEE Jesus when He returns in His glory? If we do not know LOVE, will we know God? There is a God. He is everywhere. Connect to Him by connecting to Love---so He will live in you.
If for some reason, you cannot or do not know LOVE--then seek help to find out why you are so numb and disconnected from the ability to love. We are made to be a part of this universe, to help, to serve, to protect, to nurture and to give of our life--so others may live. What a wonderful world! What a wonderful you!! What a wonderful God we serve!!!
