The Life of St. Patrick
St. Patrick is the patron saint of:

Patrick had a tough life. When he was a teenager, he was kidnapped by Irish pirates who forced him into slavery. He spent this life praying to God for safety and eventually wrote that his experience drove him closer to God. He remained a slave until his 20s, when an angel came to him in a dream and told him his freedom awaits. He was able to escape near a dock and jumped on a boat to Britian. He found his family and continued to study religion and he wase eventually ordained a Bishop.
Patrick had vision about the cries of the people of Ireland and felt the need to spread the Holy Word. Patrick single-handedly spread the scriptures across all Ireland and built many Catholic churches. To this day, Ireland is a very Catholic country.
Patrick was a very hunble man who had complete trust God, even through all of his struggles. His Feast day is March 17.
