Can We Walk in Heaven - On Earth?
It's Time to Change
Wow---what a mess. Our country has been through three types of 'fires' in the past week and more so will come in the upcoming years.
The fire of anger creating strong sparks that are igniting other fires in the lives of others. People shooting and killing ---one or two here and more there. Real fires in the past year that have come from our mistreatment of the country and also how we did not prepare or work on a solution to stop the fires and floods from happening again.
Today again we have destruction and death and people laying the blame on who is at fault.
Today--the words keep coming. "2 Chronicles 7:14
New American Standard Bible
14 and My people who are called by My name humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
Therein lies the biggest problem of why we continue to self-destruct our lives and world. IF 'My people", but where are they? Many have chosen to turn away, proudly say I do believe in GOD and go about living their lives demanding their way, their choice.
When an event occurs, a situation arises, or the weather gets very destructive----these people will choose to get angry at GOD who they don't believe in and angry at OTHERS who do not believe the way they do!
So---we cannot expect change to come in our world EXCEPT for the change that will come when JESUS is PRESENT in the lives and hearts of HIS PEOPLE.
His people will be helped and protected when they seek His Face and turn away from behavior that is hurting them. His people will be healed, filled with joy and peace when they choose to obey and live God's Way!
To all those out there, who are choosing not to be HIS People then you cannot blame anyone else or get angry with anyone else, if your world continues to get worse. If you are not a part of the solution as it is said, "You are part of the problem!"
Many were the times when God's people were in fires, in floods, in hard times, drought, poverty, the den of thieves, wars and guns a blazing---But they knew what to do. THEY sought God's help in prayer, in trust and believed His promises that "That I am with you always, do not be afraid."
Isaiah 43 "Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name: you are mine.
2 When you pass through waters, I will be with you; through rivers, you shall not be swept away.
When you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, nor will flames consume you.
3 For I, the LORD, am your God,"
"If My people would seek My Face"----is the answer to all of our problems in life. We have to choose what 'god' we will serve each and every day. Let us pray our leaders really open their minds and start to see, "why our world is burning to 'hell' already. This country has taken God out and replaced it with their values. "We the people" have no one to blame but ourselves.

Born the youngest of nine children, raised VERY Catholic across the street from our church and school—Mom and Dad led by example and word their FAITH in God and saw to it that I was given 12 years of Catholic Education. (Mount St. Mary’s Academy/1965)
But, most importantly, because of my parents’ spiritual renewal after attending Cursillo Weekends, I too went on a retreat at our beloved Subiaco Abbey in Arkansas and there, at age 20, gave my life totally, surrendering all to my Lord and best Friend. This was my “Pentecostal” event that left me, like all the early Christians, on fire with God’s love and forever changed.
My husband Robert and I have been married for 50 this year in a marriage arranged by God. We have 8 children, two in heaven, 24 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. The story of our life together can be found in a book titled “My Journey, My Cross-As the Journals End,” published by Westbow Press . Our life together has been one awesome up and down roller coaster ride which enriched my heart with so many of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I have found that the only way, Wisdom, Understanding, Words of Knowledge, Discernment, and Healing can be received is first by experiencing in your life the hurts of others. (and you yourself a sword will pierce)* so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.” Luke 2 v 35.
God has blessed me also many other talents and skills--but sometimes, blessings/gifts can and have caused problems or conflict in my life, as I am human and all too quickly that part of me shows up. Thank You God that You also show up!
