Fear Not, Fear Not, COVID Is Not The Problem Here, We Are If We Do Not Change

President Franklin Roosevelt explained to a warry nation in 1933, “You have nothing to fear but fear itself.”

We need to turn to the Lord and it is about time that we face our fears and soothe our troubled souls.

'Come to me, all you who labour and are overburdened, and I will give you rest.

As we begin a new year many of you can not help but look back at last year and then try to look forward to what will come for us this next year. Brothers and sisters fear not, fear not the Lord is with you.  The real question here is are you with the Lord?

Are you following the commands and teachings of Jesus Christ?

Are you following the command and teaching of the Church?

If not, I would get down on your hands and knees and repent.  Right here and right now. Do not wait for the time is coming that the Lord will need us on his side to do battle against evil which plagues this world. 

God has not forgotten us, let us not forget about Him. 

2 SAMUEL 24:12-14: NATURAL DISASTER AND HUMAN CHOICE

24:12 Go and say unto David, Thus saith the LORD, I offer thee three things; choose thee one of them, that I may do it unto thee.

24:13 So Gad came to David, and told him, and said unto him, Shall seven years of famine come unto thee in thy land? or wilt thou flee three months before thine enemies, while they pursue thee? or that there be three days' pestilence in thy land? now advise, and see what answer I shall return to him that sent me.

24:14 And David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let us fall now into the hand of the LORD; for his mercies are great: and let me not fall into the hand of man.

24:15 So the LORD sent a pestilence upon Israel from the morning even to the time appointed: and there died of the people from Dan even to Beersheba seventy thousand men.

24:16 And when the angel stretched out his hand upon Jerusalem to destroy it, the LORD repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed the people, It is enough: stay now thine hand. And the angel of the LORD was by the threshing place of Araunah the Jebusite.

24:17 And David spake unto the LORD when he saw the angel that smote the people, and said, Lo, I have sinned, and I have done wickedly: but these sheep, what have they done? let thine hand, I pray thee, be against me, and against my father's house.

24:18 And Gad came that day to David, and said unto him, Go up, rear an altar unto the LORD in the threshingfloor of Araunah the Jebusite.

History of Plagues

We have had plagues since the beginning of time.  We can not live in fear of these natural disasters and plagues.  Note of the top 10 worst plagues in the history of mankind- four are flu related.

We can not, we shall not, and we will not allow fear of disease and plagues to sidetrack us from our purpose here on this earth. Do not wait.  For the time is coming that the Lord will need us on his side to do battle against the evil that plagues this world.  

God has not forgotten us-let us not forget Him.
