Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow

The beach today on Mobile Bay is a triangle of pure white crystals, fine as dust; each grain as precious as a diamond, and as rare in this pandemic winter. At sunset the brilliant sun is melted into pink and blue hues from the scattered clouds in the sky. A soft gentle light emerges that filters into a warm and cozy landscape to the homes along the bay. Is this a romanticized idea of home? Maybe, but it is also truth coming ashore- of God’s continued love for man. A message that is nature’s way of softening everything going amiss in pandemic peril.
Choosing to live life with an attitude of hope
Rather than dread and fear;
Knowing no matter what is going on around
One can be well within.
One has faith; faith that the Lord will provide
All that will be needed to survive or even thrive.
This keeps one going forward into the unknown;
This is trust- a triangle of hope with Christ at the apex.
