Living in a time of unknowns, what is the greatest fear we face?
The Ignominy Against the Innocent
Place people together in any situation and you will always find differences between their outlook on life’s issues. Some may produce positive opinions that create solutions for the good of all. Then there always will be anti-positive directives that may create anger and bitterness among once good friends that isolate even family members. Sins against humans stands as the worst!
Today, we find this angry attitude not only disrupting close companions, but it has reached across boundaries that once isolated nations to bringing many together. However, too many end up with a desire to capture the lives of innocent persons and become dictators of the very ones we once admired.
Of course, the current situation with Ukraine being attacked by Russia, under Putin, has brought the world’s concern for the many children being slaughtered and even his remarks of using chemical warfare against innocent persons has set a time-table of fear that might ignite a World War.
Think back to some recent dictators who terminated their own citizens. Bashar al-Assad in Syria who used chemical weapons on his own people, and yet has criminal charges to be brought against him for crimes against humanity. Then, we remember Saddam Hussein who after a lengthly search was found in a hole and ultimately hung for his crimes, similar to Assad, using means to assassinate his own people.
Look around the world and see more than these two assassins who still create a threat to humanity and the future of destroying the planet we inhabit. China, with XI Jin Ping as its leader that presents a threat because of affiliation with Russia. And, North Korea with Kim Jong-un who is already using subtle means with too many rockets that could bring nuclear missiles to our shores.
One of the travesties these counties present is the complete disrespect of human life and there seems to be no end of how much degradation is perpetrated on their own population. This must stand out as the most heinous action any leader can put his citizens under for no good reason. Even Satan has a purpose to attack God’s people. But these leaders are more intolerable than Satan although they are Satan really doing his bidding.
Let’s not forget Israel with untold nations drooling on the possibility to attack this nation which would be a war nobody wants. Iran is another nation we must be wary of with their eyes in Israel.
What will become of the war in Ukraine? Will the United States get involved? President Roosevelt did all that was possible to avoid entrapment into WWII, but Japan took care of that. Is there an unseen faction waiting in the wings that will become the impetus to bring us along; making WWIII a possibility? Let’s hope not, but at the same time we must not forget God. Right now world wide prayer is needed more than ever. It will require every family and single persons to kneel and call on God for a positive solution.
