What is an alignment of faith for non-believers?
Obscene images that claim to worship God
An obscene image (rude, or repulsive) is one that pertains to be sacred and is only wind like a breeze that blows through and leaves filth clinging to everything it touches.
Too often we find some people tend to appear as worshiping when attending a church service, but their attention is far from the communal activity. It isn’t normal thoughts one may allow to enter their mind that is destructive, but a meditation on something that should be left outside before entering church. This can be people who are not really attending church services for the right reason. Praying in a posture that is far from holiness can be the most obscene action that erases all semblance of a person attempting to communicate with the Holy Spirit of God.
There are, as many are aware of, Black Masses that are attended by Satan lovers who desecrate the Blessed Sacrament in ways too gruesome to even mention. How do they get hold of the Sacred Host? Through someone who appears to consume the host at Mass but does not and takes it out of the church holding onto it until one of these unholy gatherings meets. I bring this up to acknowledge the fact that all who attend Mass are not there for the right reason. In the North Hills of Pittsburgh, near North Park there is or was a house near the former Loaves and Fishes retreat center that held Black Masses on a regular basis. They are real, active, and a threat to what we as Catholics love.
This is an example of the obscene activities that exist today in our culture. Be assured, Satan is doing everything possible by using pseudo-christians to carry out sacrileges that will denounce the true worship of Jesus Christ in the Catholic Church. Remember that it is the true church as the traditions teach us and our faith that is assured by the blood of the martyrs.
Of course this is not the only manner that Catholics are used to desecrate Christ. Another way some may concur to while attending Mass looking towards the intentional activity to abortion. Those who are involved in this sad act of eliminating life are following the tradition of ancient sects sacrificing their children to idol gods. However, even this can be forgiven.
It is the many who have turned away from God permanently without looking back on the only divine person; the Holy Trinity, who can bring them back. Those who choose to withdraw from God’s presence believing God will not or cannot forgive their sin will choose the road that leads to hell. This is where the obscene image of a wrong choice enters one’s free will to choose.
Jesus said when answering the Pharisees and scribes to their objection of the disciples not washing their hands before eating; “This people honors me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me; in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines human precepts.” (Mt. 15: 1-2, 8-9). This scenario well fits the modern day church attendance.
Meeting the minimum obligations of Canon Law such as receiving the Eucharist at least one time a year, or being reconciled as well just aren’t enough to say I am Catholic. If a person joins the Moose, the VFW, or other social fraternities would not stand for a member who attends on occasion. Yet, the Church will graciously accept those who make an effort to get there at least once, or maybe every ten years. God never turns away those who are back-sliders. Many of us who are staunch attendees might have been the same.
Sin is forgivable, but not believing that God Is, and God can do is questionable for our soul! Attendance at church must be more than meeting a church obligation.
