7 Must Read Posts About The Sacred Heart of Jesus
As Catholics, we strongly believe in the power of prayer. Many of us have seen it in action in many aspects of our lives, and finances are no exception.
Just like with everything else, when we pray, we’re asking for our needs in accordance with God’s will. So that means that He won’t necessarily answer your prayer for a million dollars to fall into your lap, but He also hears our prayers and will provide financially one way or another.
When my husband and I made the difficult decision for me to leave my job as the primary breadwinner in order to stay home and raise our kids full time during the pandemic, we knew it didn’t make financial sense. But it was important to us, and we also trusted that God would provide.
My God will fully supply whatever you need, in accord with his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. -Philippians 4:19 (New American RE Bible)
Over the past two years, He has provided for us financially in so many ways. When I thought our checking account would hit zero before my next student loan payment was due, our tax credit came in—the same day. When I desperately wanted a latte from Starbucks but knew that would mean sacrificing something else in our tight budget, the person in the car in front of me randomly paid for my order.
There have been so many other examples of this, both big and small, and to be honest if I hadn’t been praying for financial help, I might not have noticed them.
If you’re struggling financially, don’t forget to keep praying. God hears your prayers and He will provide for you!
1. Lord, grant me financial stability so that I can grow and provide for my family.

3. Lord, please bless my business and increase the flow of funds into my accounts.
4. Lord, please bless my financial investments and make them more profitable
5. Lord, please protect me and my family from financial problems.
