What is our intention as we reach out to God?
A day is coming where the light will not overcome the darkness;
A continuation of “Procreation where did it go?”
John’s prologue says “What came to be through him was life, and this life was the light of the human race; the light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it.” (Jn 1: 4 - 5).
“ For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him. “And this is the verdict, that the light came into the world, but people preferred darkness to light, because their works were evil. Foreveryone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come toward the light, so that his works might not be exposed.” “But whoever lives the truth comes to the light, so thahis works may be clearly seen as done in God.” (Jn. 3: 16 - 17, 19 - 21).
A paradox where the Incarnation of Jesus brought a light for the life of mankind, that all who fall away because of sin will be saved by his sacrifice on the cross at Calvary. His death was the light for all of us that we may shine and overcome the darkness that evil presents. Then, as Jesus speaks, presenting the curse that the evil brought to us and the result we would fall into final judgment without our belief in this light who is Christ.”
As we watch the TV and tune into so many preachers bringing into view the fast moving synopsis of our being sucked into the wickedness overcoming our rights the fears that at one time seemed impossible have now stopped on the doorsteps of the Church. Why the church? Because here is the last vestige of hope and the final resting place from which comes the promise of Jesus to be with us till the end of the age. (Mt. 28” 19 - 20).
There no longer remains a subtle expression of maybe this or that may happen, the subtlety has turned to absolutes. Just watch and listen to the words from President Biden, or the evil promotions from the mouth of Nancy Pelosi, our Speaker of the House of Representatives, a Roman Catholic, a nominal catholic (in name only) promoting the establishment of Federally financed abortion clinics. At least she approves of such as spoken by Senator Elizabeth Warren.
Where will all of this anti-life promotion end, as the rest of us helplessly watch freedoms go down the tubes with no one able to reverse the slide to destruction? As written before and a continuing onslaught of godless activity sanctioned by our government the decline of what we should be enjoying through the Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States will become worthless if these politicians give our nation away as just a prostitute as Israel is postured as in Revelation.
