A Voice for one who has died
What’s ahead for us?
Standing on the mount of hope the future looms in our time As any of us peers into the emptiness of time what is it that can be seen through the sight of fear? We live in a world where there are enemies that surround the peace most of us grew up with, to an existence of always looking over our shoulders hoping not to find an obstacle that may entrap our security.
Without appearing to repeat something that has been printed already by yours truly and perhaps many others, this takes a further look into the realm of God and just how our present lives are opening to what has already been predicted. Look at Mathhew’s Gospel in his eschatological discourse and how so much has already occurred. Jesus said to his disciples, “You see all these things, do you not? “Amen, I say to you, there will not be left here a stone upon another stone that will not be thrown down.” (Mt. 24: 2). Jesus was referring to the temple which was destroyed around 70 AD.
“See that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, saying, I am the Messiah, and they will deceive many.” Look at the present conditions not only in Washington but around the world. Even though no one is claiming to be the Messiah their very performance of falsely imprisoning their citizens by socialistic ideas are controlling and subsequently making helpless the people they were elected to protect are now becoming an overbearing giant threatening their lives. “You will hear of wars and reports of wars; see that you are not alarmed, for these things must happen.” Can any of us count correctly how many wars have occurred that put the United States in the midst of all the action? Without the two World Wars there still were too many that involved our service troops and the death of far too many of our citizens.
“Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; there will be famines and earthquakes from place to place.” Looking back not too many years up to the present time and see all of these have either occurred and are presently happening. “All these are the beginning of labor pains.” (Mt. 24: 4 - 8).
As we stand on the mount of hope as mentioned with the opening sentence, there is within our sight a constant barrage of activities opening the passage of disease, war, and the underlying philosophy of a socialistic front which without any doubt will pull behind it the united evils of communism and Marxism. This triple phenomenon will be the crumbling of capitalism upon which our financial system has existed which requires its citizens to work for what they receive through their own labor, but are able to control what they’ve earned and not give it all back to a government that gives it away to those who do not work.
Look at the number of nations that imprison their citizens if they do not adhere to the control of a few that run our government at the expense of those that they are elected to serve and not control those who have lost their freedoms.
This is the final blow to the freedom God has given us. Where is the initiative to fight for our rights to secure a future for our children and become the owners of the government officials and not their puppets? By seeking to take back our rights of freedom does not interfere with what biblically we are told, it supports the tenacity that each of us inherited by standing up for the rights of every human being.
