November, the month of remembering
Those who have passed away-
Gone to their final resting place.
Like the sun sinking down below the skyline,
One may also rise again to eternal life
With the Father, Son and Spirit too.
Purgatory is our temporary spot;
Lying there with outstretched arms
Praying for for our heavenly placement.
Family and friends here below
Offer prayers, Masses and good deeds
To offset sins committed with devil’s help.
Yes, I will pray for all who have gone before.
Hopefully all will one day pray for me!
