Help Convert Souls by Supporting the Warning Movie

I am writing this testimony to explain why I have supported the Warning Movie filming and I hope this story will inspire others to donate to Belladream Films so this important project can be realized. Trusting the Lord in financial matters has been an area of difficulty for me. However, a series of events showed me that God was calling me to contribute to The Warning Movie through prayer, testimony, and financial support.

In the mid-1990’s, an amazing journey with Mary and the Holy Spirit began and my faith was revitalized by the discovery of the richness, beauty and truth of the Catholic faith. In a couple years’ time I learned more than I had during the previous 33 years of my life. At some point during this reawakening, I read the passage in the Bible where it says that “God will be all in all”.  When I read it, the passage stood out and left an imprint on my soul. I felt clearly that God was speaking to me through this scripture passage. I remember believing this passage was going to be fulfilled in my lifetime and talking with my sister about that. She said, “How can that be when so many people are so far from God.”  I set it aside, but my heart returned to this passage frequently, along with: “blessed is she who trusted that the Lord’s words to her would be fulfilled.”

A few years later, my marriage ended in divorce and cares of a busy life as a single mom raising two children pressed in. My walk with the Lord during the period between the trauma of our family breakup and the pandemic was inconsistent. I had one foot in the world and one foot trying to follow the Lord. During this period, Sunday Mass and an adoration hour each Friday were my most stable spiritual practices and the highlight of my week.

In 2020, the pandemic triggered a depression relapse due to isolation and other circumstances. The Lord used this time to grab my attention again. I started praying with more intention, to discover what God wanted me to do with the rest of my life. I reconsecrated myself to Mary and St. Joseph. Because of the necessity of watching Mass online and spending more time alone, YouTube, the Internet, EWTN, spiritual reading, prayer, and contact with Catholic friends and my sister became a much bigger part of my life. My sister introduced me to Mark Mallett, Countdown to the Kingdom, and the book, The Warning, which she had just read. In October 2020, I ordered and read the book. For those of you who are not familiar with the concept of the Warning, it is described as a worldwide event where God will illumine the conscience of every person on earth so that they will understand how He sees their souls and know the consequences of their sins. Many Saints and mystics have prophesied about the warning, including St Edmund Campion, Blessed Anna Maria Taigi, Blessed Pope Pius IX, St. Faustina Kowalska, Fr. Stefano Gobbi (Founder of the Marian Movement of Priests), Servant of God Maria Esperanza, the visionaries at Garabandal, and many current visionaries. A large group of pilgrims experienced something very similar to the Warning while in Medjugorje on August 5, 1984. There are a number of other people around the world have experienced the Warning and it has transformed their lives. Their testimonies are in the book and several will be part of the movie.

As I started reading, I was quickly reminded of the Bible passage so many years earlier- that “God would be all in all.” I was intrigued by the connections between Divine Mercy and The Warning, and all the Saints and mystics who have had similar revelations about this remarkable event. A couple months after finishing The Warning, I saw a YouTube video by Christine Watkins on The Flame of Love Diary, where she said, “If you are watching this video, it is likely that Mary is calling you to this devotion.”  I ordered the Flame of Love Diary in October 2020 and read the whole thing in a few days. The book “The Warning” ties together the Flame of Love and the Warning as the same basic event-the event that will usher in the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart promised by Our Lady of Fatima. After reading this book, I knew that spreading knowledge of the Warning and the Flame of Love devotion were part of my mission. I bought and distributed several copies of each book to people I knew and started practicing and sharing the Flame of Love devotion. Shortly thereafter, my cousin from Indiana contacted my sister and shared the Flame of Love devotion.

In late November of 2020, a person interrupted the virtual Flame of Love prayer cenacle in which I was praying and said, “This message is for everyone in this cenacle. Mary says that her protective mantle is over all of you and that everything is going to be okay.” They left and we finished the cenacle. Less than two weeks later, on December 6, 2020, during a routine hernia surgery, it was discovered that I had an advanced case of a rare form of cancer called “appendiceal mucinous tumor with pseudomyxoma peritonei”, which involved several organs and my stomach lining. In February 2021 I underwent a 9-hour surgery, a ten-day hospital stay, and then began a 4-month recovery period. The message from the person in that Flame of Love prayer cenacle a couple weeks before my diagnosis sustained me through the whole experience.

Throughout the pandemic and my cancer ordeal, I prayed for surrender and promised God that the rest of my life would be spent working for His Kingdom. As I recovered, I continued to practice and share the Flame of Love and started making rosaries and hats for the homeless, praying that God reveal His plan for my life.

When I found out on YouTube that the book: “The Warning: Testimonies and Prophecies of The Illumination of Conscience” was being made into a movie, I went to the website that has been set up to accept donations: https://thewarningmovie.com/ and was impressed by the testimony of Juan Carlos from Belladream Films telling how he believed God asked him to drop all his movie projects and focus on making this film. I felt called to contribute, and I gave a sizeable amount to the production. But I still felt a call to do more. In prayer, I felt Jesus say to my heart, “If you won’t trust Me with your money, how are you going to trust Me with your life?” I asked in prayer how much I was to give, and I felt as though I was being asked to double my contribution. Through my Flame of Love prayer cenacle, I had been introduced to Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta’s writings on the Divine Will. In step 4 of learning to live in the Divine Will it says never to refuse anything to God.  I felt like doubling my support of the Warning Movie was my “big test” and it was a struggle with my own will to surrender. I kept saying to myself “How do I know this is really something God is actually asking of me?” I finally asked for a very specific sign from the Lord: I had participated in a different Flame of Love prayer cenacle for the first time the prior week in which my petition had been for help with an important discernment-without telling them what it was. Right before the cenacle the next week, I asked God for a word of knowledge from someone in the prayer group that would confirm that it was indeed His Will that I double my donation for The Warning Movie filming. At the end of each cenacle, we all give our blessing to the group. Instead of a blessing to the group, one member said, “I pray that you will successfully complete the big test that God has placed before you.” After a confirmation that specific and clear, I could no longer make excuses and my spiritual director agreed.

A small seed of faith from Scripture germinated 25 plus years later in an understanding that the Warning and the gift of the Divine Will were the means God would use to become “all in all” and that part of my mission was to help this happen through donations to the filming of the Warning Movie. Through lessons in trust, patient prayer, discernment, and obedience, I was moved by a word spoken through another faithful child of Mary to say “yes” to a financial sacrifice to help fund a movie that will inspire many people to return to the Lord with their whole hearts before the actual Warning takes place. This movie will convert many souls who will then join the ranks of the spiritual army of the Flame of Love:  those who will console and encourage souls in distress following the Warning to seek baptism or reconciliation with the Church, thereby helping facilitate the great return to God that follows the Warning. They will also be available to minister to priests who will be exhausting themselves ministering to the souls seeking their spiritual help. 

I am sharing this story with you now because there is an urgent need for funding to complete this movie. The filming is about 50% complete but donations to continue production are lagging the production schedule. If additional funding is not received very soon, the scope of the filming will have to be scaled back to enable the movie to be completed in a timely way, which will inevitably reduce the movie’s overall impact on audiences. The producer and the author of the book that is the basis for the movie are not receiving anything from making this movie except the graces that flow from doing God’s Will.
