There is an extension that you can get that will erase your newsfeeds and will replace them with quotes! AND you can edit those quotes to be any quote you want... even Saint quotes!
The extension is called "News Feed Eradicator". You can get it for Chrome or Firefox Mozilla (I have Brave and it works for me too).
Then you can choose which Social Media feed you want eradicated.
Then got to QUOTES if you want to edit them. I unchecked "show built in quotes" and added my own quotes.
You can add your own, of if you want you can add the ones I did. Just copy the text below and paste it into the "add quotes" section and click SAVE!
I also use "Fluff Busting Purity" for Facebook to get rid of ads.
