Self-Growth with God!

So far, 2015 has been an interesting year for me with minor trials that I’ve been going through, either at work, school, or networking with people in my community/church.

What I have noticed is that people at my church are reaching out to me.

Here are some examples:

• A Realtor needed help organizing mailers each month. She provides and brings me the letters, fliers, and a special gift for her clients.
• A couple who owns their construction business needed help updating their website.
• A lady that I met and was referred to me by her friend. She asked me to teach her how to navigate and search information in the Internet. As of now, I’m her Computer Consultant.
• This lady who I’ve known all my life is part of a church group asked me to help with editing fliers and newsletter – this is a project that I volunteer my time.
• Also, as a Gift Shop Volunteer, I help my Gift Shop Manager to prepare a three month schedule for volunteers who are assigned by times of the Mass.

God does have opportunities for me that I wouldn't consider thinking of because I would constantly apply for jobs and not take the time to stop and listen.

Though, God does have a sense of humor and is very sneaky at times, too.

I’m very grateful and thankful for letting God bring these people in my life and who knows what patch, journey, or road this can lead into or possibly more networking.

I realized that God will always be with me no matter what goes on in my life.

A colleague shared with me, “He cares about everything. Big and small. Don't fight Him. He wants to bless you. Be still and listen. God has a purpose for your life even if sometimes we don't see it.”
