St. Michael's Lent/Michaelmas
Easter is less than two weeks away. Some parishes in one’s community had confession during an extended period or will as we get closer to the Passion of our Lord.
It is time to really get right with God as we enter the most crucial week of the liturgical calendar.
Here is a breakdown of going deeper when seeking God’s mercy soon through the Ten Commandments and Precepts of the Church. Maybe there’s a sin we omit every time we go to confession.
For anyone who hasn’t been to confession for God knows how long, God is waiting. He will wait as the father waited for his prodigal son. All it takes is that leap of faith to lay out the fear, insecurity, and past sins at the foot of the cross to humbly walk with Jesus.
