Official Discharge from the Army of Enslavement

     You are hereby officially discharged from the Army of Enslavement and relieved of the following duties:  Obsessive preoccupation with the past and related inadequacies, mistakes, and failures---The incessant critical analysis of your thoughts, actions, and behaviors---The assignment of fault in yourself and others---All attempts to regulate outcomes that are beyond your control---And the relentless, futile pursuit of perfection, whether of body or soul.
     The following items must be turned in without delay:  All fear, including the fear of living and the fear of death---Guilt related to broken promises, misunderstandings, and past misdeeds---Duffle bags packed with addictions, self abuse, and self loathing acquired during the period of enslavement---All hatred, jealousy, envy, and fantasies of revenge.  Blindfolds must be removed and discarded at once.
     Upon receipt of this document, you are free.  You are free to allow into your heart the love that flows from God, family, friends, and strangers.  You are free to release your own love from the deep recesses of your soul and to let it flow back to God and all who walk the journey of life with you.  You are free to experience a whole and complete life, in all its fullness.  Effective immediately, you are free to forgive and free to forget.
