Hiroshima and Nagasaki - Did We Do the Right Thing?
Sound of Freedom, what a great movie on an important and eye opening topic. This really is THE TOPIC in our day and age, and this is what, I believe, is one of the motivators for just about all the woke and disordered agendas and actions taking place in our society today. The end game being sought, is freedom for sexual perversion of any and all forms. It is truly disgusting and vile, but has Satan's hands all over it, and destroys the human soul more than any other vice.
It does this because it not only feeds the vice of lust, but more disastrously, it increases and fuels the vice of pride, and that right there, is what caused Satan's fall, and then ours as well, with his assistance of course. He is still assisting us in this plan of perdition and will only rest once Christ decides enough is enough, and finally returns.
At the root of all of this activity, to undermine the family, our gift of sexuality, marriage, parental rights, religious freedom, and really freedom in general is pride. The pride that endorses the false notion that we can be our own gods, we can do things our own way, and we can rule this earth to satisfy our own carnal delights and to our own carnal and eternal death and disfigurement. The selfish and self-indulgent efforts of some, at the expense of many, is the exact opposite of how Christ calls us to live and love. It reduces us to mortal ends and leaves us dirty and stained in vice and sin. The reward for sin is our attachment to it, the more we sin, the more we will sin. The effects of sin nullifies Grace in our lives and hinders or ability to respond to that Grace. We end up in quicksand, being pulled down into our own self-destruction by enslaving ourselves to the very sin that in so many instances we hate, but cannot escape the grasp of. It is a very horrendous place to be, and right now, this is where we are as a nation. And we are in big trouble because of it. Our future as a free country hangs in the balance, we are unable to thrive because we have lost God. We have determined he is not needed. The arrogance and pride of our leaders have taken over, and when God is not the head, all else becomes disordered and wrong. Truth and beauty is forgotten and only ugliness and vice is revered. Bad news indeed for all of us.
There is hope though. Not all is lost. There are still some of us out there willing to fight, willing to take up the causes of Truth, Beauty, Virtue and hold God up as the leader and cause of all that is holy and Good. There are some of us, willing to fight for our nation, and to steer it back toward prosperity. It is a very tough battle, but one worth fighting. There are so many souls at stake, souls destined for Hell for eternity, if we give in and stop fighting.
Current news stories are indicating some wins for us. The recent events and ramifications of our boycotts and protests against Bud Light, the Dodgers, Disney and Target, just to name a few are encouraging and acknowledge the power and might we have, if we only tap into it. If we, as Catholics, would just stand up and be Catholic, we could change the world over night. This is why, Christ damned the luke-warm. Those without passion will not gain rewards, in this life or the next. God must consume us and light that fire that will burn on earth, and purge and clean all. Christ wished this fire to be burning, we can be those embers.
God has raised great saints throughout the Church's history. When times get tough, God raises up soldiers to right His fight, and redeem his Church, making great saints in the process. Now is our time, is has gotten bad, but God wants to raise us up, we can be the next wave of great saints to propel the Church and the World into a great awakening, a great transformation of heart, and a journey of holiness and Heaven for many.
Are you up for it? I get it, I doubt myself and my abilities as well, but what I don't doubt, is God's ability to use the nobody's of this world to change it. He has always done that, and will continue to do it. Will you and I be among those nobody's? It is all up to us, and are willing to say, YES!
