Announcing The Resurrection: The Necessity of Evangelizing
Women, live according to your cycle. Women resemble the fertile earth that goes through four seasons. A woman has four phases to her cycle. Understand where in your cycle you are and curate your life accordingly, respecting and being mindful of the season of your cycle you find yourself in.
There Are Four Phases in A Woman's Cycle:
I. Menstruation = Winter
Lower energy, time to rest and hibernate. Take it easy, use heat in the winter of menstruation to warm the body, soothe cramps, and drink tea; this is your body's time to rest.
2. Follicular = Spring
Out of the winter of menstruation comes the springtime of the Follicular phase. A blossom of new energy. Now is the time of the month to be social, make plans with loved ones and friends, try a new hobby, and be creative. It’s time for your womanhood to blossom forth good fruit.
3.Ovulation = Summer
The time to cultivate relationships, and enjoy life. Life is bright and sunny, and you feel confident. It’s time to dwell in the good fruit your womanhood blossoms.
4. Luteal = Fall
From the summer of ovulation to the fall of Luteal. Now is the time to head inside, and slow down. It’s time to take it easy and prepare for the winter of Menstruation. Now is the time to become more introverted and remain in a calm state. Rid yourself of unnecessary noise and stressors.
Menstruation, Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal = Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
My favorite season has always been Spring, so once I began learning about cycle syncing I was in awe of how I always feel my best during the “Springtime” of my womanhood, the Follicular Phase.
Would you wear a large coat in the summer? Would you wear no coat in the winter? No, you would dress according to the season. Therefore, you should be living according to the phase of your cycle you find yourself in. God created our bodies with the harmony and flow of the seasons. The fertile earth doesn’t stay in the same season forever, and neither does a woman’s body. Therefore what you are doing throughout the month should change depending upon which phase of your cycle you find yourself in. For instance, you should not be doing the same workout in the Follicular Phase that you would do in the Luteal Phase. Each phase of your cycle calls for curating movement depending upon which season you find yourself in. Applying “Cycle Syncing” to your life, helps to make that which you do more fruitful. You are more likely to have better results in that which you are doing and healthier relationships if you schedule outings and events when you are in your Follicular or Ovulatory Phase as opposed to Luteal or Menstruation.
God commandments us to “Keep The Sabbath Holy,” Sunday is a day to go to Holy Mass and rest. If God Himself rested on the Seventh Day and commandments you thus to rest; let us reflect on how He has built into our cycle, a period of rest. It seems in creation, God always includes a period of rest. God gives us women moments of high energy to accomplish things, and moments of low energy for periods of rest throughout the month. Being in tune with your femininity includes living in harmony with the season of your cycle and taking the appropriate moments for rest and introspection.
Men operate on a 24-hour hormone cycle. Women operate on a 28-day hormone cycle. As society has pushed women into the working fields, it has thus pushed women into
not living according to the cycle God created their body with, but making them adapt to men's hormone cycle. This has largely hurt modern women. During the menstruation phase, many women experience pain and discomfort. Doctors falsely prescribe women birth control pills to “help ease the pain” so they can continue going to work. This is deeply harmful and incorrect. Many women today, wonder why they feel so terrible. A large part is because women are forgetting and have been taught to forgo dwelling in the sacred seasons of their femininity. Modern women largely operate out of survival mode as opposed to the serene and content feminine.
Modern society is set up to destroy the feminine from understanding the divinity given to her by God. The villain always tries to stop the protagonist from knowing her birthright. Why is that? Because if she knows who she was created to be and how she was created to operate she accomplishes her mission. Women, understand that the devil is out to destroy you.
How do you think he is doing it?
It’s time to escape the lies of the modern world, and begin living according to the seasons of your cycle; which will help you be more in tune with your body; and thus more in tune with God. It’s time to dwell in the divine sacredness of your femininity.
Christ came to save & heal. Healing of mind, body, and soul is available. Let the power of The Resurrection heal all parts of your life. Jesus wants to heal you, but you must let Him. He respects your free will. You were not created to be living in mediocrity, but to live restored unto glory.
The Woman of all Women is the Holy Mother of God. The secrets of womanhood are contained within Her. Do you know Her? Do you know your identity as a daughter of The Mother of God? Do you dwell in your royal inheritance? Do you want grace? Do you want to heal? Do you want to be fully alive? If the answer is yes, (which I hope it is)
I invite you to cultivate a relationship with The Holy Mother of God who is also your own Mother, and let Her, like any good Mother, teach you the divine secrets of your womanhood.
