A Battle Is Raging, On What Side Do We Align?
Lower Your Cholesterol And Boost Your Immune System At The Same Time,
Without Costing You A Dime

Within my field of expertise and personal research and discovery, there are very often ways that we can achieve our health goals without drugs that usually include undesirable side-effects, and without costly supplements.
It is well documented how Statin drugs are not well tolerated by a large margin of people who have been prescribed this type of drug to lower cholesterol levels. My personal experience is that I was born with the type of genetics that made me one of those individuals whose liver works hard to produce the bad cholesterol known as LDL. Or Low-Density Cholesterol. This type of cholesterol raises the risk of heart disease and stroke.
As a result, in taking a Statin drug to lower my LDL, I began to have problems with raising my right arm, and my Liver enzymes were raised as noted in a follow-up blood work from the Lab. Immediately, I stopped taking the Statin, and wondered what next, how can I lower my LDL? The next step for me was to keep a careful eye on my diet and avoid sweet sugary drinks, or excess carbohydrates. In my research and studies, I discovered that the Statin drugs were manufactured using an herb known as Red Yeast Rice that was sold in Vitamin Shops.
However, a few years after people began learning about Red Yeast Rice, and about the same time, the big drug manufacturers filed a claim with the Food And Drug Administration that Red Yeast Rice works like a drug and should not be sold in a Vitamin Shop. Yet, it worked to lower bad cholesterol levels without side effects, as it also did for me.
At that point, I joined the local Fitness Center and hired a woman to help get me started with how to build muscle and lose a little weight. To my amazement, in about four months, not only did my bad cholesterol levels decrease, but my energy level was up and I looked healthier with a little bit of weight loss.
Today, if you have a good drug plan, and have a high LDL, you might ask your doctor to prescribe a once, or twice pen injection called Praluent. It can be very expensive without a drug plan but has shown little or no side effects.
Let it be known, however, rather than risk heart disease, take the first step toward a long and healthy life by becoming more proactive in your life and future. There are many types of exercising that will work, indoors, out of doors, morning, evening, your choice. To begin you must make a commitment, and realize that the results you want simply do not occur in a week, or so. There is no hurry required, but consistency is necessary. There are just those important things in life that only we can change.
