Without Ceasing 

My prayer was not answered today

It was not answered a week ago today

Feel like giving up cause that’s the easy way

I asked for something that is really needed 

But so far my want has not been heeded

Feel like throwing in the towel don’t do it

I feel like giving up this prayer thing it seems broken 

I don’t understand why my thoughts were not chosen 

Prayer requires patience not a listen to me cannon 

Do You hear me oh I want to scream

I really really wanted this why are You being mean

Unfortunately that tone will cause you great commotion 

Stop

Do you want your prayers answered 

All especially those that truly matter

Then do what He has commanded 

Pray without ceasing every moment 

Your life depends on this don’t waste a minute 

Too it will increase your faith bit by bit

Without faith your prayers have no chance 

No chance without the faith stance

Faith plus prayers equal answers 

Prayer and faith will move your mountains 

Prayer and faith not hopes and dreams

Prayer and faith with these will you find all your answers
