Reflecting on using the word love less

We use the word love in so many ways. We can love our jobs, pizza, or out spouse, and express this using one word. Yet, each one of these loves is different. Is there a better way to tell how we feel? Honestly, there is nothing wrong with saying that you love something, but perhaps you could use other words instead. Rather than telling you love to eat pizza, say that you enjoy to eat pizza. Rather than say you love a neighbor, make it known that you appreciate spending time with them. If we keep this in mind, then we can reserve the word of love for what matters the most in life: our family, our faith, and ourselves. Love is the most powerful thing in the universe. It must be embraced and spread, but we should avoid watering it.
