Behold

Behold 

Behold you who are so wonderful

So awesomely amazingly beautiful 

For from your fiat we are now saved

Your surrender your yes unhindered unfazed 

You chose His life over your own forever 

Without tremor but faith you our Mother of the Savior 

The Angel at first had you petrified 

Then his words soothed and left you gratified 

Your response so famous and true 

“Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to you”

May I so prepare my heart to do the same

To live my life for You Lord bold and not tame

To forever surrender and always trust

To be with You Forever I now know I must
