Be joyful

Be joyful , oh my soul! and rest in the mercy of God our Savior. He who came as a baby to testify to the Power and the Glory of God. Rest in my soul, in all of my being. Be joyful this Holy day!. This day, when Jesus Christ was born. Born of a Virgin protected and cared for by this Holy man, Joseph. Seep into my heart like rain drops from the sky. A purity and peace from which can only come from the Mercy of God Almighty. Instill in my heart, the Joy that comes to those who surrender to thee, my  Lord. Strengthen my faith so firm and unshakeable, that I can close my eyes and see only you oh my God! May every part of my being be joyful! You who you created me. May I rejoice in the Presence of the One whom I shall honor as my Lord and my God. He whoo rests in my heart this very moment. Do not ever leave me, and preserve me in resistance to temptation in all sin. May I always be Joyful in resigning myself to Thy Holy Will, oh God! Unite all of my sufferings to Yours as you hung on that Holy cross for me. In the Joy of your Holy birth and the Joy the lies within the Hearts of Joseph and Mary who have been Holy recipients of the Word Made Flesh. Be Joyful oh my soul! And receive the Mercy that only God our Savior can give. Be my strength and Peace oh God!, as my soul rests at the Throne of God, and the Precious feet of the Creator of us all. Amen
