Mystified

The shepherds came and were mystified 

There in a manger of hay lay the Wonder Child

The Angels with their glorious singing 

Made known to them this Who will be reigning 

The Cherubim with the universe aligned

That Christmas morn celebrations unified

In eight days it would be officially complete

By a Rabbi’s touch simple and neat

His name to his Mother Angelically given

The Son of the most High our Father in Heaven 

He is Jesus the Only Begotten Son of God

The Savior Who is our Hope our Salvation the Living Word

Amen
