Is The Captain of your Ship on Course, Or
Are you headed for a Shipwreck?

Staying on Course when one has a long journey ahead moving into unfamiliar territory. Just as we in our lives are being put to the test to make the best decisions in life regarding important choices, such as our jobs, our family, and our homes, we must choose wisely. Also, many of the decisions we make are not irreversible. At least not without severe consequences. Decisions such as who we marry, in which country we choose to live, how many children we want to have, and more.
Often, we are wise enough to realize that we just cannot do it alone, we are not confident enough to ensure we are making the right decisions for everyone concerned. Yet, we cannot forget that God created each one of us with free will, the right to choose, and to make our own decisions.
Are you feeling uncomfortable, unsure, or regretting some of the choices you have already made in your life? Then why not choose to make only one more decision that will change the course and the direction of your life for the better? Your free will allows you to do just that. And you can do so in the next five minutes.
Open your heart to God, and pray these words in earnest; “Dear God, you have given me free will, and I want to give it back to you. I do not ask, but on my bent knee, I beg You sweet Savior to take my will and replace it with Your will in my life today and every day. I do not want to hurt You, I love You and trust in You.” Repeat this prayer at least once a week for the rest of your life.
Your direction will of course change in a positive way, and you will be filled with contentment and joy. How could you feel anything else when you are following Jesus as He leads the way? Amen
