What She Said! Mary our Mother!

    The first time Mary spoke and her words were written of in Scripture, we all know well.

                   "I am a handmaiden of the Lord be it done unto me as You Will."

   Let us echo those words daily in our lives. Let us be the hand servants of the Lord, wanting His will to be done every moment!   Oh can that be a great sacrifice of obedience on our part. I know!   It helps me to pray the Angelus three times a day as we did in them good ole days living across from a church who still rang those bells. Those words remind me of a committment I must make daily, many, many times a day. Which has me saying "Help, Jesus help!" For only by His grace can we serve the Lord with hearts full of gladness!
   Then the Magnificat. "My soul does magnify the Lord, and my Spirit rejoices in God my Savior."

Again, look at your life--is that frown found more than a radiating smile on your face? Are you being thankful, rejoicing, praising God, which allows you to pray without ceasing all the day? Think on this, it is very important if you want to like the full Moon in the dark nights of people today. Radiate the Light of the Son. Magnify God's love to others!!
    They lost Jesus!! Oh the thoughts that raced in their minds as they probably ran back to Jerusalem. Then finding Jesus---"Son, why have you done this?"

Oh, doesn't that sound like our own words---"God, why has this happened? We must pray all our doubts, confusion away with these words, "My Jesus, I trust in You, and I wait upon the Lord, believing in God's Will and plan for our lives."  Must--or stay fretful, worried and miserable--your choice.
     The Cana Wedding ---"Son, they have no wine." Notice this dear ones---Mary does not tell Jesus what to do, no she tells US what to do. "Do whatsoever He tells you to do."
    When we do whatsoever God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit tells us to do---then our empty lives are changed, we are filled with Living Waters that will become the Wine!  Then and only then we will have the Trinity and Love living with us. Love instead of all the opposite behaviors.
Hear Mary's words! Do as she did! Say, "Yes," and obey. Bear Jesus into this World, radiate God's light to all! This is so important as these days grown darker before Lamb of God returns!!!
