Not My Time

Help Sir I’m blind and can’t see 

Yes You they call the Healer please help me

They’ve come far and wide the sick timid and brave

To He that they’ve heard is Mighty and can save

He heals by touch and by prayer 

His method is gentle and He has great care

He is Jesus the Messiah the Beloved One

Though it’s not quite time for them to know He really is God’s True Son

They call him Teacher Healer 

The one who’s not afraid to touch to cure a leper

But the evil one who wants to cause disarray 

Well he’s entered this arena this foray

For He does not want the Lord about

So he’ll try anyway to rat Him out

But Jesus is stern and strong and clear 

And lets the devil know with certainty that he’s not welcome here

Be gone He Commands to those who call Him Lord

Be gone and never return He commands and He does get the last word 

So too should we remember that we too can order Satan gone 

We must simply tell him to leave in the name of Jesus Christ Who is God’s only Begotten Son
