Look Around

Look Around

Look all around what do you see

People everywhere on sidewalks in cars or under a tree

You find them in buildings on airplanes and more

Some are teachers and pilots some own a grocery store

Almost everywhere we go it’s people we encounter 

People here people there people people everywhere 

But do you realize that these people that we happen upon or drive by

Yes like that woman over there or like him yes him that guy

Are all wonderfully related and do you know the reason why

Because they like you and me are all wonderfully made in the image of He Who created our earth and sky

You see we are all brothers and sisters on this amazing planet

Born were we out of His love that’s all there’s to it

As Jesus said that one fine morn 

Who ever does My Will will be happy they were born 

For they who do My bidding will definitely be rewarded 

Heaven will be given them for the Devil has now been thwarted 

So pray each day and surrender and love your neighbor 

For the Lord has a special place for they who offer all as well as a daily prayer

Amen
