Miracles: A poem
Often we want to pray but feel that we don’t have the time. The truth is however busy we are, there are many ways that we can make time to pray each day.
One example would be to say a prayer while you wash your hands. As children, we are taught to say the ABCs from start to finish when washing our hands.
We were told that this would be a reasonable length of time to get rid of all the germs. This can be applied to prayer, too.
If we say a Hail Mary and an Our Father while we wash our hands, we would use about the same length of time. By doing this, we would be washing our hands clean of germs and cleaning our spirit with prayer.
Another idea for this could be to say, Grace, as you wash your hands before eating. Keep these ideas in mind the next time you wash your hands.
