A Prayer of Thanks

What would I do without the comfort and hope of the angels and the saints of heaven. Without knowing that our beloved Blessed Mother Mary, islistening with tenderness and mercy as my Mother. Without the peace that one gets from the resignation to God's love for me? I would be a shell of nothingness. A corpse walking around aimlessly with no direction. Empty through and through.

     Oh!What comfort, what peace I receive from loving you Oh God. I thank you for everything good and holy that I have been given by your Holy Providence. I thank you for the trials which have made me cling so close to you and have comforted me and strengthened me in knowledge of Thy Divinity.

     All of my friends that greet me in the mornings when I rise. Saint Teresa Of the child Jesus , Saint Padre Pio , Saint Jude, Saint Ann and Saint Joachim, Saint Joseph, all of the beloved Apostles, Saint Carlos Acutis, Saint Pierre Giorgio Frassati, and countless others. Thank you oh God, for my beloved Guardian Angel, who watches over me constantly, even though I must disappoint him regularly. My true sweet friend, You oh God have sent me for eternity.

     My only comfort is knowing that you oh God are a merciful, loving, and forgiving God. I thank you for my faith, as I pray for strengthening of it. As I toil in this world till you call me home.
