It Took a Robin!

Like Jesus, we shall have 14 stages of our life that connects to His Suffering, His death.
1st Station: Jesus is condemned to death
From beginning of our life--we are condemned to death. Ecclesiastes 3:20
All go to one place; all come from dust, and all return to dust.
2nd Station: Jesus carries His cross
In all of our life, with there will be experiences of taking up our cross too. Math. 16-24
Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.
3rd Station: Jesus falls the first time
We are all human, and make mistakes, sin, or experience failures in life---MANY times.
4th Station: Jesus meets His Mother
We too, must know--Mary is always by our side as we carry our crosses and prays and supports us with her love.
5th Station: Simon of Cyrene helps Jesus to carry his cross
As we see others struggle with their cross, we are called upon to help them emotionally and in whatever way we are led to do by God.
6th Station: Veronica wipes the face of Jesus
Once more we are being told--when we see others suffer---be willing to wipe away tears and pain with understanding and love.
7th Station: Jesus falls the second time
God will help us to rise again and be set free of our sins when we seek His forgiveness and help.
8th Station: Jesus meets the women of Jerusalem
Be quick to share your wisdom and knowledge of God's Wisdom to all we see in need of what is really important---Prayer and trust in our Lord always.
9th Station: Jesus falls a third time
We will fail, we will fall, many times in life--to not be discouraged or angry at yourself---God will use all, even our suffering and mistakes to bring understanding to others who have fallen and need help to rise again. (example--AAA)
10th Station: Jesus clothes are taken away
We need to be stripped of all earthly, worldly cover ups that we hide our true self behind. In His love for us, God will strip us of what controls us--our ego self.
11th Station: Jesus is nailed to the cross
God will do what has to be done for all---to see to our dying and rising again to new life with Him.
12th Station: Jesus dies on the cross
"I surrender all to you Lord, give us the grace to die to selfish desires, so we can be one with You, God."
13th Station: The body of Jesus is taken down from the cross
When we die to self, surrender our life to God---we are taken off of our cross--for the lies are seen as lies ---and Truth, the Way Live in our hearts. "It is finished."
14th Station: Jesus is laid in the tomb
In the tomb--the emptiness of our lives---we come to know the deep need to be totally dependant on God for graces needed to live Life Triumphant!!!
Oh Lord, how I need You. Thank You for living, teaching, and going to Calvary all because Your love for me.

Born the youngest of nine children, raised VERY Catholic across the street from Immaculate Heart of Mary church and school—Mom and Dad led by example and word their FAITH in God and saw to it that I was given 12 years of Catholic Education. (Mount St. Mary’s Academy/1965)
But, most importantly, because of my parents’ spiritual renewal after attending Cursillo Weekends, I too went on a retreat at our beloved Subiaco Abbey in Arkansas and there, at age 20, gave my life totally, surrendering all to my Lord and best Friend. This was my “Pentecostal” event that left me, like all the early Christians, on fire with God’s love and forever changed.
My husband Robert and I have been married for 52 this year in a marriage arranged by God. We have 8 children, two in heaven, 24 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. The story of our life together can be found in a book titled “My Journey, My Cross-As the Journals End,” published by Westbow Press . Our life together has been one awesome up and down roller coaster ride which enriched my heart with so many of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I have found that the only way, Wisdom, Understanding, Words of Knowledge, Discernment, and Healing can be received is first by experiencing in your life the hurts of others. (and you yourself a sword will pierce)* so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.” Luke 2 v 35.
God has blessed me also many other talents and skills--but sometimes, blessings/gifts can and have caused problems or conflict in my life, as I am human and all too quickly that part of me shows up. Thank You God that You also show up!
