By analyzing the package inserts and the testimonies, it's crystal clear that there's no informed consent.
Few read the adverse effects in the package insert because they are not handed out or because most don’t believe they are true.
“The next day, at home alone with my infant son, I took the abortion pills. Within one hour I knew that everything the doctor had told me was a lie. I was bleeding so heavily, I believed I was dying. I was passing clots the size of baseballs, and I was in the worst physical pain of my life, worse than childbirth. The worst part of my experience was when I was sitting on the toilet and I felt myself pass a clot that felt strange. I looked into the toilet and saw my baby. It had a head, body, and tiny arms and legs. The shame and guilt that I felt at that moment, as I was forced to flush my aborted baby down the toilet, is impossible to describe.”
“I reluctantly took the first abortion pill in the Planned Parenthood office. They gave me another pill to take at home hours later. I cried hysterically for the hour drive home, wondering how I could be so cruel to kill my own baby. Not long after I took the second pill, I felt nauseous and light headed and stomach cramps started.
I felt so weak that I just wanted to lay down, but I was in excruciating pain with heavy bleeding, and I felt that sitting on the toilet was best. I birthed my dead baby into my toilet. I was heartbroken when I saw that it had tiny fingers and toes. I bled a lot, and the abortion was excruciatingly painful, almost as painful as my two unmedicated full-term births.”
“I put the pills in my mouth and let them dissolve, within 10 minutes I started to feel intense cramps. When the cramps became unbearable, I made my way to the bathroom. I locked the door and experienced the most severe pain I had ever felt in my life. I sat on the toilet and bent over in pain. I grabbed a towel to bite on in order to keep from screaming and was nearly passing out. As I got up, I saw blood everywhere. I saw parts of my baby, an image I will never be able to erase from my mind. I fell to my knees in pain.”
“On February 20, 2015, at 8.3 weeks, I took the abortion pill at a nearby clinic. I didn’t think much else of it, until it was time to take the four following pills the next day. That’s when the excruciating pain began. There were unbearable cramps, and something that felt as if they were contractions. That went on for hours until I felt a large lump leave me. Seconds later, I cried. I cried and couldn’t stop. I instantly regretted what I had just done.”

WARNING: SERIOUS AND SOMETIMES FATAL INFECTIONS OR BLEEDING
Serious and sometimes fatal infections and bleeding occur very rarely following
spontaneous, surgical, and medical abortions, including following MIFEPREX use. No
causal relationship between the use of MIFEPREX and misoprostol and these events
has been established.
• Atypical Presentation of Infection. Patients with serious bacterial infections (e.g.,
Clostridium sordellii) and sepsis can present without fever, bacteremia, or
significant findings on pelvic examination following an abortion. Very rarely, deaths
have been reported in patients who presented without fever, with or without
abdominal pain, but with leukocytosis with a marked left shift, tachycardia,
hemoconcentration, and general malaise. A high index of suspicion is needed to
rule out serious infection and sepsis [see Warnings and Precautions].
• Bleeding. Prolonged heavy bleeding may be a sign of incomplete abortion or other
complications and prompt medical or surgical intervention may be needed. Advise
patients to seek immediate medical attention if they experience prolonged heavy
vaginal bleeding [see Warnings and Precautions (5.2)].
MIFEPREX must be dispensed to patients only in certain healthcare settings, specifically clinics, medical offices and hospitals by or under the supervision of a certified prescriber.
Table 3: between 3-4% required surgery and had an ongoing pregnancy after the pills.
Do not take Mifeprex if you:
• Have a pregnancy that is more than 70 days (10 weeks). Your healthcare provider must do a clinical examination, an ultrasound examination, or other testing to determine how far along you are in pregnancy.
• Are using an IUD (intrauterine device or system). It must be taken out before you take Mifeprex.
• Ectopic pregnancy. Your healthcare provider must confirm that you do not have a pregnancy outside the uterus.
• Have problems with your adrenal glands (chronic adrenal failure).
• Take a medicine to thin your blood.
• Have a bleeding or coagulation problem.
• Have porphyria.
• Are allergic to mifepristone, misoprostol, or medicines that contain misoprostol, such as Cytotec or
Arthrotec.
• Have a risk of rhesus immunization
• Cannot follow-up within approximately 7 to 14 days of your first visit
• Are breastfeeding. Mifeprex can pass into your breast milk.
• Are taking medicines, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements (Mifeprex and certain other medicines may affect each other if they are used together, causing side effects).
• Take medicines like:
simvastatin (Zocor®, Vytorin®, Simcor®)
lovastatin (Mevacor®, Altoprev®, Advicor®)
cyclosporine (Gengraf®, Neoral®, Restasis®, Sandimmune®)
dihydroergotamine (Migranal®)
ergotamine (Ergomar®, Migergot®)
fentanyl (Abstral®, Actiq®, Duragesic®, Fentora®, Lazanda®, Onsolis®, Sublimaze Preservative Free®, Subsys®)
pimozide (Orap®)
quinidine (Nuedexta®)
sirolimus (Rapamune®, Torisel®)
tacrolimus (Prograf®, Protopic®)
certain steroids such as prednisone
thyroid hormones
medicines to treat:
- fungal infections (such as ketoconazole)
- depression
- HIV infection
- Hepatitis C infection
- certain bacterial infections
- high blood pressure

The leaflet even mentioned death as a possible outcome. Yet the insert intended for abortion, didn’t mention any, in spite that misoprostol was withdrawn from France due to the outrageous numbers of mothers found dead in their bathrooms after the abortion pill.
All those problems are just the tip of the iceberg, considering the vice of the pharmaceutical companies to pay for the studies designed, tweaked and tampered for their own profit as the history of medicine has proved over and over, without any systemic change:

How is it possible that none of this is warned to the abortion-pill takers? And that after the first pills, the abortion process could be reversed even without harm to the baby?:

The real business of abortion is murder, not only of the babies, but of the mothers. The trick is that they don’t want people to notice in plain light, so they have to work in the shadows to hide their shadowy business of the death industrial complex.
