Startled

Startled were they by His sudden appearance

Into that locked room where He made His emergence

Look He said it is Me

My wounds come feel and see

Give Me some food to eat

A piece of bread or some fish meat

For I am alive and here to proclaim

That I did rise and now offer repentance to all men

And so with faith He asks now all of us to believe as well

That He came to end death and to offer eternity with Him in which to dwell

Trust in Him and the whole Trinity

And bound then we will be to Heaven eternally
