The Trinity Examen for Catholic Women
Today, we pause to remember Marc Massery, a cherished advocate of the Divine Mercy message within the Marian Fathers' fold. As we commemorate the solemn anniversary of his passing, we reflect not only on his profound contributions but also on the complexities of his humanity.
Marc, like each of us, grappled with the burdens of existence, navigating the treacherous waters of illness that eventually dimmed his once-bright hope. In his final moments, he fervently implored God's mercy, seeking solace in the embrace of divine love.
As believers, we cling to the teachings of the Catholic Church, finding solace in the belief that Marc found the mercy he so desperately sought. Yet, our hearts remain heavy as we lift his soul, alongside the souls of all who have succumbed to the shadows of despair, in our prayers. (Reason why we started this simple ministry to bring that hope to others: Marc With Hope)
In the intricate tapestry of life, it was almost happenstance that our paths crossed with Marc's. I vividly recall the January day when his call beckoned me to share insights into my wellness journey with the Door of Mercy. Tempted by the whirlwind of daily life, I almost overlooked his outreach. But divine providence prevailed, and I answered the call. Over subsequent months, our correspondence blossomed, transcending physical boundaries to forge a deep connection rooted in faith and shared purpose.
Though we never met face to face, Marc's unwavering love for Christ and the Divine Mercy message permeated every exchange. In a gesture of selflessness, he extended his hand to help refine "Mercy Runs on Love," a project close to my heart. His dedication and passion left an indelible mark, infusing the endeavor with renewed purpose and vitality.
Today, as we honor Marc's memory, I am compelled to honor God's boundless love and mercy by sharing our collective project with the world, Mercy Runs on Love with an invitation to join us on the inaugural 33-Day Eucharistic Consecration Challenge.
It's an invitation to embark on a transformative journey of holistic transformation, culminating in a deeper consecration to the Eucharist especialy during this Eucharist Revival.
The challenge is designed to engage participants in practices that nourish body, mind, and soul as we prepared for a Eucharistic Consecration on the Feast Day of the Holy Body and Blood of Christ.
Together, let us journey toward the Eucharist, allowing its transformative power to permeate our souls, minds, and bodies. In doing so, we honor God's greatest commandment—to love others unconditionally, even those who have traversed beyond this mortal realm.
