Faith vs Belief
When someone causes you harm, your natural reaction is anger. You want to lash out and retaliate. This might be easy to do. However, that does not make it the right thing to do. Getting angry and seeking revenge does nothing good; it only creates more harm.
Suppose we all acted this way, then we would find ourselves in an endless loop of anger. One way to end this loop is, rather than lash out in anger, to stop and pray.
When you feel anger boiling up inside of you, take a pause and pray. Remember, whoever has wronged you is trapped in rage and possible guilt for harming you.
Do not add to this; instead, try to relieve it by praying. By doing this, you end the loop of anger, and you attempt to heal both yourself and those who have done wrong to you. This is not easy, but in time, with practice, you might find that you are a far happier person.
