God’s two ears
Ever notice how humanity has certain similarities with nature? How do we use nature to describe and understand aspects of life? An example is the quote:
“No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river, and he's not the same man”-
Heraclitus
Why is it that we see common threads between human life and nature? This is because we both have the same maker: God.
Much as a film director has a style, a writer has a voice, or a singer has a distinct sound, so too does God have an imprint that can be found through all creation.
We are connected not just to each other but to all around us. Being his most incredible creation being made in his image, we must protect and maintain all of God's creation. Remind yourself we are connected, and doing this will become second nature in time.
