From the Sky

From the Sky

From beyond the clouds in the sky

It came from way up high

Manna became their staple dish

It was fine but more though would they wish

It had a flavor

Like the seed coriander

Nutrients it did supply

And overall it did satisfy

But it was not truly

That food which is necessary

For life forever in His Glory

For life with Him for all eternity

That food is special bread

That sustenance is Me Jesus said

My Flesh is true food

My Blood drink that is good

Sent from Heaven was He

The Living Bread He be

Sent so that all could live

His life for us would He give

Believe in Him and be saved

Do not and your soul will be razed

Do not and be thrown down under

To Hell with the Ruler of evil and plunder

Believe and Heaven will you gain

Believe in Jesus for us was He slain

So that we would have the opportunity to enjoy

Heaven and its everlasting happiness and joy
