Was the early church communist?
God chose to reveal his disdain for human pride in many ways in the Bible. One of the best short stories that serves as a cautionary tale for the excess reliance on human ingenuity in the fields of science and technology is told in Genesis chapter 11. It is prophetic too.
It speaks of some sort of 'government of the world' coming together with a common language to make a name for itself based on technology and innovation. The humans build a brick tower reaching the heavens to show God how great they are.
Keep in mind, this story is set in the ancient world. The technological innovation was the brick. Unlike stones they could be baked in rectangular cube shape with flat surfaces making stacking easier. The other breakthrough was the use of tar or bitumen as a mortar. Today we take the brick and brick structures for granted but there was a time when there was no such thing.
The next thing that happens is that the humans become drunk with pride at the prospect of building a tower that could reach the heavens. They begin to see themselves as gods who can harness the power of their technology to rival the one true God. See below...
Tower of Babel
The whole world had the same language and the same words. When they were migrating from the east, they came to a valley in the land of Shinar and settled there. They said to one another, “Come, let us mold bricks and harden them with fire.” They used bricks for stone, and bitumen for mortar. Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the sky, and so make a name for ourselves; otherwise we shall be scattered all over the earth.”
The LORD came down to see the city and the tower that the people had built. Then the LORD said: If now, while they are one people and all have the same language, they have started to do this, nothing they presume to do will be out of their reach.
Come, let us go down and there confuse their language, so that no one will understand the speech of another. So the LORD scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city. That is why it was called Babel, because there the LORD confused the speech of all the world. From there the LORD scattered them over all the earth.
We too now have a world body where humans have arrived at a point in history where religion, culture and language are becoming a singularity. Through advancements in communications technology we humans basically all speak the same language and technological advancements through artificial intelligence race forward at a dizzying, exponential pace. In the aftermath of Covid, which was man-made and employed cutting edge technology through a scientific experiment called 'gain of function', many wise world leaders are calling for a pause and an ethical evaluation of the direction in which we are headed with AI.
The globalists at the World Economic Forum, like their forerunners in Genesis 11, use their common language and a whole new elite vocabulary that they share among themselves. Words like sustainability, social equity, inclusivity, economic development, reproductive health, global public interest etc.. They have one language, they are organized and they are extremely prideful.
At the beginning of April the WEF's Young Global Leaders Summit took place to plan their proverbial tower. According to their website, the Young Global Leaders say about themselves, As visionary global change-makers, ‘Our growing membership of more than 1,400 members and alumni of 120 nationalities includes civic and business innovators, entrepreneurs, technology pioneers, educators, activists, artists, journalists, and more’.
Like the builders of Babel they see themselves as the chosen one’s from around the world who will assemble to tackle the world’s problems and together build a better future. Not only do they have an over-grown messiah complex but where it gets really weird and dark is that they also have a desire to break through death and create a prolongation of human life. They are quasi-religious in their dreams for the future.
Their mentor and leader Klaus Scwab, founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum gave a pep talk at the Young Global Leaders summit earlier this month. He said something very scary.
“There’s a chance to look forward to a career of fifty years. In my own opinion, ya…maybe you will get more and more injections. Don’t forget your avatar will continue to live”...At that point the someone in the crowd shouts out excitedly, “Ya!”. He continued, “Your brain will be replicated through artificial Intelligence and algorithms.”
So what this means is these young people are being promised that they will live forever even after they die because all of the internet activity, their texts, emails and voice recordings will cumulate into an algorithm and through the use of artificial intelligence their personality will continue to interact on earth in a virtual reality forever. Every individual will be his or her own chat gpt but instead of being programmed with objective data it will be programmed with their own digital history.
When the globalists start promising ‘eternal life’ you know they have reached a sinister Tower of Babel moment.
Their false hope in science and technology as their saving grace and the World Economic Forum as their messiah will end in utter chaos and disaster. Their Tower of Babel will come tumbling down.
These people need to be disbanded and focus on striving for the reality of heaven and the eternal life which God promises to those who are humble enough to accept the teachings of Jesus and abide in him. Until then they will be stuck in their second-rate version of Christianity with an empty promise of redemption and salvation through the likes of a cartoonish, 'supervillian', Klaus Schwab and his young globalist minions.
