Lord Jesus keep us from the evil one

Let us do Your Will

We know your time on earth is done

And we need You still

You left us after fifty days by rising

Up into the sky

The Apostles keenly watching

Staring way up high

But you did send us The Paraclete

Sent for everyone

The Holy Spirit the Advocate

Our hope then is not gone

Keep us from the evil one Lord

Hear our daily prayer

Let us yearn to know Your Word

For we know you’re everywhere
