We might not be able to see past the storm but God can

Sometimes we find ourselves caught in a storm. Life hits us in many different ways all at once. Thunder claps and lightning strikes engulf us. In the moment when we look to the sky all we see is grey.

We are stuck in the middle of the storm and can not view life without the problems we currently face. It is imperative to remind ourselves that as we are stuck in the heart of the storm, God is above it.

God sees what is happening to us now as well as what will happen next. He acts as our guide through the storm even if we can’t see him through the darkness he is there. Once the storm settles down the light will open up and we can follow him to peace once more.
