God Has Joined

In sickness and in health

I would add

In poverty or wealth

Why do these relationships sometimes falter

Because of lack of faith hope and trust

In God your Heavenly Father

Trials are given to everyone

Yes like selfishness

That’s the big one most marriages must overcome

Remember God has joined the two of you

Bound to each other until death

Bound unless one or both goes terribly askew

Marriage is similar to the Trinity

Three the man woman and God

Joined through Matrimony

Yes God is too joined with you

He is the crucial part

He is your Spiritual Glue

Forget about Him

And with the currents of today’s society

You’re in for a terrible swim

Trust in Him and pray

And together will you grow

In His Love every day
