This is My Body

Given by Me freely

This is My Blood

Drunk with My Food

My Flesh is for you to live

My Blood to end your thirst I give

So that you will not ever truly die

I gave this before they came to crucify

My triumph a Crucifixion

Then My Resurrection and My Ascension

I left you not empty but with a way to always be with Me

In the Holy Eucharist is where I’ll always be

Do this I commanded every week at the least

Every day if you can to avoid the evil beast

For My Flesh it is true food

And My Blood is truly good

Enter to My Table for My Heavenly Feast

The partaking available for even the lowliest

Your reward
