Corpus Christi Procession

This amazing film was made in June 2011 by a young man named Peter Steele, who later became a priest. It was the first film he'd made, a really miraculous event in many ways. Many of those in attendance witnessed a Eucharistic miracle that day, when the earth seemed to move as the Monstrance was placed on the altar of the Cathedral at the end of the Procession. (This is not visible in the film.)

Born and raised in a faithful Catholic family, I wandered far from my faith for nearly two decades. Through the infinite mercy of Christ and His Church, I found my way back home to the Catholic Church in the early 90s, and began a path of rediscovery of the beauty and truth of the Catholic faith, eventually earning a Bachelor's degree in Christian Tradition.
