Confidence

If something hits me more than a few times over and over again, I take it as a sign from God that He's trying to tell me something and give me knowledge. So be it with confidence. Confidence takes a lot of work in a world where we need to depend (or at least have trained our minds to depend) on technology and fast outcome.

The direction our Lord strives for in our reliance on HIM totally depends on our confidence (Faith), that He would never give a blind eye or deaf ear to our needs and supplications. Going through trials and suffering, no matter how small or great, He is watching and waiting for our total surrender to HIM.

The evil 1 lurks in the corridors of our weaknesses and snatches every opportunity to weaken us even more and more, even sometimes to the point of despair.  But fear not! This rebellious 1 has no power when we place ourselves in the confidence of God who is stronger than any forces who try to attack us. The Holy Legions of Angels of Heaven are set to defend us as we struggle with the imperfections of our humanity. God will never allow us to suffer more than our human nature can take. That is why we must strive to suffer patiently. This is hard. We must take our faith to another level and rely on our own Guardian Angel to take us to the foot of the Throne of God, where He in His Almighty tenderness and love for us will rescue us and build us up again.

The evil 1 cannot read our minds or hearts. That is why we must not moan or groan to give him any edge over us.

Mary kept all things silent within Her Heart and was confident in the God She resigned to.

So let us have confidence this day! No matter what comes our way! To release our souls we pray! to the God who saves. Our Father in Heaven.
