Jesus, Friend of Sinners
What’s ahead in this world of Confusion?
Why should we think of everything being confused when we have at our disposal volumes of literature showing us how and with expectations of the outcome?
Are we viewing turmoil in front of our very eyes as tyranny is corrupting a once secured government and the terrific response of the populace through anarchy?
These are questions that one time appeared erroneous because freedoms spelled out in our US Constitution were solid and there never were disappointments to what tomorrow might bring us. However, since the 1950’s we have seen disregard for the law that was put in place for our own protection, not to control our every step. God knew what could occur if man didn't have some guidance to respect his neighbors with honor and selflessness towards everyone. Besides our American rules of honor towards our people God also organized the same scenario through the Ten Commandments, For centuries the rule through Moses kept the Hebrews giving respect for their neighbors, and for nearly 250 years our own set of respectful amendments to the Constitution have been our safe-keeping for the United States under the symbol of our Stars and Stripes.
What has happened is a travesty towards the rights of our citizens, the basic freedoms that no longer have the strength of righteousness God ordained for his creation of humanity. What’s ahead? The very synopsis that is detailed in Daniel and Revelation.
“The Abomination of desolation is a phrase from Daniel describing the pagan sacrifice with which the 2nd century BC Greek king Antiochus IV Epiphanes replaced the twice-daily offering in the Jewish temple. In the 1st century AD it was taken by the authors of the gospels in the context of the Roman destruction of Jerusalem and the temple in the year 70, with the gospel of Mark placing the “abomination of desolation" into a speech by Jesus concerning the Second Coming.
Before all of us is the dissolution of righteousness that our nation is willingly accepting through a socially established government that is welcoming a communist form of leadership which is Marxism in its infancy. I know I have written about this previously, but to reiterate this evil that is coming upon us has become a truth that we may wake-up to with our hands tied behind our backs and finding a controlling entity that will destroy America and its environs without a positive response.
Give us an answer please! The quest of many people who can see the crisis of life is beyond them. Turn to the government that already has left us holding a paper that no longer gives us hope Our freedoms are at risk because Marxism is already creeping in. What then must we do?
Turn to God in more than just calling his name in a prayer that we quickly forget once we leave Church. We must make Christ the very center of our lives, placing his grace within our hearts and ensure those who look to us for answers regarding faith, a true faith, and place his Word in our hearts and speak up for the rights that are being taken away from humanity. There may be a time when the opportunity to make our voice for righteousness be heard for truth regarding God and our eternal salvation that could be taken away from our right to speak for freedom.
Has the time arrived yet? Maybe!
