Listen and Heed

Performing
If we do not believe
If we do not have faith or trust
He will not come or help or save
You must therefore desire you must
His own family
In His own town
They were incredulous and unfriendly
He truly was on His own
His Words can be hard
His actions not conventional
But listen do and you won’t be barred
From that which seems unbelievable
Listen and heed
Listen and believe
For these words are like a deed
They are an eternal reprieve
