Our Anchor
The Snowflake
He was born up high in the sky
So high in a place where birds can’t fly
He doesn’t really know what year or day
He just wants to play play play
Tossed about this drop of water
Up in the atmosphere to and fro does he scatter
But soon his time is coming
For from the sky one day will he be falling
Will he be rain dew or snow
He really doesn’t even know
Then one day he is called to go
His name now given and he’ll leave with it as snow
Soon this flake he will flutter and fall
Utterly unique as he is answering his call
Down to earth to help make soft white winter pillows
Gently he falls going where the wind blows
Poof landed and so spectacular is he
His crystals his color glowing so beautifully
His life now complete
He has finished the feat
But not unknowingly
For The Father knows all constantly
And nothing is born lives or dies
Without the approval of He Who created these amazing skies
So trust Him as our snowflake so wonderfully
So that you have a chance to live with Him eternally
Amen
